We tried Omaspoon!

This is a collage Justin would never want me to share but it's my collage and this is my blog and who reads this space anyway~?

I told Justin, like the photographer and his girlfriend and the Follow Me photo series, I think I can publish my own series of photos featuring my boyfriend eating. I have hundreds (possibly a thousand?) of photos of Justin with food in his mouth/preparing food. That's not weird, right?

Anyway, I had a good date today although I didn't get any new shoes as intended. We walked from Ion to 313 where we had lunch at MK (also our first time at MK) then we walked back to Ion. There was some Laneige fair at the Ion basement where they had some drone flying about giving free samples to the crowd (if you actually bothered to fight for it). They actually gave out the free bb cushion too and I saw this aunty who grabbed the smaller samples and then fought for the bb cushion and fell in the process. That was unsightly and I'm not sure if it was worth it all. But then again, I guess when you are an aunty, you wouldn't really care if you looked unglam or not.

Okay I shall end this here. I need to start prepping for my anniversary gift - the gift I brainstormed for since a month ago but I still cannot decide on what to do.

Throw back to a date.

I like this picture so I'm going to post it.

Throw back to that time when we went to Doi Chaang cafe after eating at Greendot. That was my first time going to Greendot with Justin and he ordered this cai fan which, unfortunately, was bad while I had my mushroom bowl. He was disappointed because he didn't know he ordered mock meat hahahhaha

That was one rather memorable date because Justin rarely travels to Jurong but he did so that day because I was craving for my mushroom bowl and also, he made himself eat at green dot despite great reluctance since it is not a meat place. We later travelled down to Doi Chaang at Buona Vista to  try these crepe cakes (thanks to Hanrui's recommendation). Then after that, we hung around BV for abit and had dinner at Central. So yep that was a good date because we had fun and food hahahah

Ya hey

(^ That's a Vampire Weekend song I like)

The things I can look forward to in August

- Anniversary day (which coincides with National day). We booked a hotel room and I'm looking forward to shunning the crowd and spending most of the day nuaing in the hotel

- Kodaline concert. I think this was supposed to be the anniversary gift/celebration hahahahah but now it seems like it's an addition to the actual day of celebration.

- MOE application, so finally I can send in an application

I still haven't decided on what to do for my anniversary gift. My initial plan was for us to take the cable car to Sentosa and then have pizza by the beach (that sounds rather nice what. Beaches make everything romantic). Then I decided not to do that because the reviews on the pizza weren't that good. My second plan was for us to order take out and nua in the room and that my gift will be a board game so we can spend the day playing and bonding over games (so we will have alcohol, pizza and board games). Anyway, I decided not to get board game as a gift but still getting board game anyway hahahahah Just so we can have something to play together but not as the anniversary gift. I still have about 2 more weeks to plan? then I am attending Audrey's graduation this Friday (yay more polaroids). I haven't bought any film since my graduation because I used up 3 packs and I'm thinking - I don't get extra films so I can spend less on my polaroids and so I can have more savings from tutoring. My graduation feels like it was long ago. I was not looking forward to that night (not at all), the only part I was looking forward to was seeing all my family and friends and also showing off my dress HAHA (Hey that dress looked nice didn't it. Nevermind I got compliments on it anyway) I'm thankful for my friends who turned up that night because I didn't expect all of them to be there since it was at 10pm and I know everyone has their busy schedules so I was really touched :') Also the gifts I received were sweet and thoughtful and supper was amazingly, unawkward hahahahahha You know how when you have various groups of friends coming together, you think the whole situation might be really tense and awkward with every group just keeping to themselves? I guess it was like that initially but I'm glad that my friends from different groups got talking to each other so it made me feel more comfortable LOL because I didn't know which group I was supposed to stick with so I was just running from group to group and just spamming pictures. Another thing that I'm thankful for is my family finally knows I'm attached. It wasn't easy for me to say because I rarely talk about things that happen in my private life. I'm still trying to adjust and adapt to this whole new thing where my mum knows that I have a boyfriend and I'm hoping that everything will just work itself out smoothly.

I'm rather happy this week because I got to meet Justin 4 times? Once for mookata, another for movie, third was on Saturday where we visited some board game shop in town and went for bak ku teh near my place (This is a huge deal because Justin doesn't like moving from one place to another. Especially since we moved from town to somewhere near my place which is even further from where he lives but I guess that's what makes it sweet and that day a good date. Also, I met Aud, JR and HR that day for our usual gossip sessions so that day went really well) and then movie after my tuition on Sunday.

For this week, I guess I will be keeping myself occupied trying to complete building this miniature dollhouse and tuition and hopefully, some good (romantic and friend) dates.

Little things

I'm rather pleased and thankful for today because
  • I had cramps but it was tolerable
  • I couldn't find that new box of panadol but I found one pill on the kitchen counter
  • I met Justin for dinner
  • I get to meet him tomorrow too yay
  • We had mookata today and I got to have my thai iced tea. It was a pretty good date because my boyfriend was sweet and he helped me to peel prawns when I know he hates peeling them so, thanks for that <3
