Favourite is one of those words I find pretentious and insincere. It's been overused to the extent that I don't see how is it a compliment to someone being called a favourite and anyway, favourite lasts for only that long until the caller finds a new favourite then favourite falls off its pedestal so how is being somebody's favourite a good thing when that position/title can be taken away from you so easily.
These days people throw out compliments so freely they don't even seem sincere anymore. Everyone receives "gorgeous" in their comments and then they will reply something like "no you are way gorgeous" to everyone who calls them that so.. I don't know how much they meant their compliments. I mean, you can always just be polite and say thank you to somebody who compliments you but to throw a compliment back to every one who compliments you, how real is that?
Just random thoughts. Anyway, Justin is finally back so I'm going to the airport in an hour :D
