2 weeks I suppose? Everything is passing so quickly I am not keeping track of dates anymore.
Double date
There was a double date friday with D and his girlfriend. We went to Playnation which moved and was renovated. I think we stayed there for 2+ hours playing board games and some others like the tumbling monkeys and er some game where you were supposed to use the plastic axe to chop a tree (balanced by various blocks) but Justin was terrible at that and he chopped the entire tree down when you were supposed to knock down part by part. We played Taboo - the one with you doing the actions and one with Bob doing the actions. I liked the one with Bob, although Bob looks damn dirty having been passed around for probably years, because everyone and Bob looks retarded while acting the words out. We don't usually go for double dates. I think it's fun once in a while because it's merrier to go in a group sometimes.
Bringing my boyfriend to have dinner with my friends
There was this one Saturday when I brought Justin to have dinner with my friends i.e. HR, Aud, JR. It wasn't that awkward~ We had dinner at Tanuki Raw which was pretty expensive. I'm glad that Justin finally got to hang out with some of my closer friends :) And also touched that HR decided to not run away upon seeing Justin. Justin and I spent the afternoon at Ion visiting the random art galleries there and also Ion Sky which now has visiting hours (3pm to 6pm?) so we stayed there to look at clouds and stuff until 6. It would have been nicer if the place had a smaller crowd.
My tuition stuff
There was this new tuition that I took up so now I have 4? (3 active) This one is relatively near my place; walking distance but you know how far everything seems when you have to walk under the scorching sun. My tutee is a P6 girl and every time I go over to her place, I feel like it's overcrowded. The first lesson, I counted 10 humans -3 generations and a maid. When I first reached the place, I saw only one man (presumed to be the dad of the family) then small kids started appearing so it took me awhile before realising which was my tutee. When I went over for my second lesson today, I saw 3 new people so I'm not sure how many are actually living in that place hahahah I just thought it amusing because it seemed like every few minutes I spend in the house, I see new people walking out of rooms. The children there are really cute though! The youngest one is always talking to me but I don't quite understand her. Then the second youngest one saw me when I was leaving today and she recognised me hahahah The first time I went over, I saw only one male and everyone else was female but today, I saw 1 more man and 1 younger boy and 1 toddler whose gender is unknown to me. My tutee seems like a nice student to teach so I'm thankful for that.
Then my p6 math tuition resumed so I had 2 tuition to teach on both Monday and Thursday. The sec 2 boy asked if he could increase frequency - I'm hoping he does since I'm free on weekdays anyway. I've also been planning my commencement outfit. I wanted to get new shoes and a dress but I realised I have a new pair of heels LOL so maybe I will plan my outfit around the shoes. Actually I already have a dress to go with it but.... I kind of want to have another dress.
Justin's parents in town
Justin's parents came over on Friday and I was supposed to bring them around for lunch before Justin ends work. It wasn't too bad and it was not awkward, surprisingly. We had steamboat at Bugis for dinner and I stayed over at the apartment for 2 nights! On the second day, we went to JB for dinner and also to go onboard some yacht. Justin and I went swimming at the rooftop pool at midnight when we came back from JB. If only we can do that more often - the night sky was pretty to look at and the pool was like infinity pool style so it was really nice. Oh but we got asked to leave because you weren't supposed to be in the pool at 12 LOL but it was an exciting experience~
Oh I'm at the end of my post and I realised I didn't take any pictures at all!!! thus the lack of pictures in this post. I should have brought my disposable camera up to the pool :(
